  • why does mr monson look like satan?

  • The only funny thing about that comment is that to ask such a question, it would mean that you know what Satan looks like...

  • instead of spending time trying to prove your stupid church is true (LDS) why dont you follow Jesus and not Joseph Smith by helping the poor and not tormenting old ladies with your pointless missionaries with the toilet paper binded together that you call the book of morons?

  • The LDS Church has spent hundreds of millions of dollars in recent years for humanitarian efforts all over the world.

However, we also believe that spiritual nourishment and service is important too, and that is why our young missionaries serve voluntarily throughout the world.

Your silly name-calling and insults speak far more about yourself than they do about our religion.

  • no they havent

  • What an excellent response, alexrad. Offer no substance, no evidence, nothing to support your point of view. Rather a simple childish, "Nu-uh."

  • @alexrad1 Other churches and organizations use our welfare system to help people cause it is so effecent and doesn't use the money for overhead etc. You need to reread the Book of Mormon and stop letting whatever , personal problems , membership in another church stop you from joining what you know is true.

  • paulmacc41: There are opposites in all things. Just as there are righteous freemasons (at least at the time of Joseph Smith), as well as corrupt freemasons. Use the force for good or use it for evil. Unfortunately, in today's wicked society it appears to be difficult to find righteous freemasons as evil has stepped into the door. Appreciate your comment. :-)

  • i LOVE president monson

  • Speaking as a non member, it's a fallacy to say this church does nothing to help the poor. There are countless examples of their members reaching out during disasters to help clean up or provide basic physical needs. Their policy of helping their own, keeps the majority off public welfare. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you'd be hard pressed to find any other body so dedicated to the ethic of public service. Throwing random statements around only brings discredit to yourself.

  • I love him so much, he is a true prophet of god.

  • because he is the twin brother of the current pope

  • President Monson has such a soothing voice, I'm excited for General Conference coming up in October!
