It was amazing seeing how Retrobuilt.com was able to take a new Mustang and make into an old mustang.
Tom McNaughton tells us in the video about his company.

  • Notice the camera doesnt pan out to show how short and stubby a new mustang looks with body trim designed for a longer 69 70s era car, ive seen this goofy car up close, its like seeing the new challenger for the first time "you say to yourself there is something wrong with that shape.

  • No one told me to shoot this in a certain way. I shot it how I felt like shooting it. If you saw this car in person you would see it is not as stubby as you may think but that is your opinion. If I had the money I would for sure buy one and have them customize it.

  • Why waste time imitating? Just re-produce the classics!! Now thats the perfect idea!

  • It looks great. They have done a fantastic job replicating a legendary car, and this one will run circles around the original.

  • dude, yall are fucking genious!! i would totslly get one of those.now.

  • 0:24 is an example of how stubby these cars look

  • what kind or rims are on that blue one???

  • It was not a popular car originally... Just a sentiment towards Carrol Shelby's work. A retro of an XR7 or a Torino would be interesting on the Mustang platform as well.

What good is technology if you can't play with the past once in a while?

  • im a dodge guy but this is one beautiful machine much respect to mustang lovers and american car owners

  • thats awesome man have you ever thought about doing a 67 or 68 years? I'm not a huge fan of the 69 thanks

  • @MichaelBuhrlen Agreed, these new old looking cars look like $hit.

  • Anybody troll can waste their time bashing this. I think that the idea is beautiful. These cars are gorgeous. Im not even really a Ford guy and even I can appreciate the work that's gone into this.

  • id rather buy a 69

  • @MichaelBuhrlen they actually do..u can buy a brand new 69 camaro
