Making a comback with the weights, using up to 230lbs did 8 sets in total these are just a sample of what I did. Poor sound quality probably because of low batteries lol

God, and Jesus, and every proper godly being - does not wish you to cast off self appreciation. If there is a true god who made this earth, and there is, I know, he respects you lovingly, respectfully, 'sucking the sap' of this beautiful world he has laid out for you. No being who has created such a universe wants you to pick up a whip and slap your own back, nor do such mentally with regard to your own appreciation. That would not be natural. Natural means good, means what it is, can only be.

Continued - number 5. Consider always the wrong oders of a church. What on earth does that mean, don't have pride: don't like yourself - cast off what god gives you, what makes you happy? Pride means proper, normal appreciation. It's a good thing. Natural. It's so important to say that Jesus would never appreciate your fasting. Never, ever. Why are you here? But to enjoy god's gift while you can, fully, never to admonish it, and to appreciate the natural selection for eternity from good and bad.

'whilst we are sinners' is so crucial: God enables us not to be sinners. To get oneself, naturally, without shame, without forcing it, into a position free from disrespect of others and truth. Nothing on earth is forever, but this is a constant impetus - however much one falls down.

Also- thing twice about the 'we'. And a lot about the Christian ethos. Recently I went to a Catholic church and I was praying but kind of laughing at the prayer for those who read it. cont.>>>

But God is not wanting us to remian 'sinners'. There is only one meaning of sinning (I am not Christian, but the meaning is universal, for all), and that is disrespect of god. So, it is not only disrespect of other beings, but also acting in a way against our maker, and so ourselves and others and all and against truth.

But: no-one needs to be 'a sinner'. You know, no-one is supposed to be 'a sinner'.
