I dont agree that this is ''what real heel heat is supposed to look like''. Remember, Harley Race was such a great heel that people would wanna stab him during matches. Thats how well he did his job as an antagonist. Different times, different type of heel, yes. But I wouldn´t apply your logic to everyone. Regardless, a reaction is a reaction.
