Finally finished it!
My neoprene tail is finally completed! I took it to a friend's pool and used a watertight bag for my camera ($11 at Big 5 sporting goods) and viola! A beautiful tail and Underwater shots! XD

@FWMGirl88 Thanks. I might end up buying one sometime. What do you think of having a swimming pool inside the house, as in it's the floor and the furniture is on raised platforms or made so that it can be in the water without any damage? You could wear your tail and swim anytime you wanted to. :)

@Fireheart528 I had a friend who has an industrial sewing machine, so I had her sew the side seams, then I had stitched the zipper into the bottom of the fluke :)

@MissHaruna1 Well it depends on how tall and wide you are. With mine I think I ended up buying 5x8 sheet of neoprene, as that was how they sold it for large quantities.
