@LordSesshaku The beauty of Carl Sagan, its that he tried to teach us that we should never take for a fact, ANYTHING that it isn't a real fact. And if we don't know something, we should go out and find what it is, how it works. And if we believe something, we should go out and find if that's true, if i can understand how it works. Always making questions, always searching for an answer to those. Searching for extraterrestial life seriously, proves that he really wanted the humanity to know.

In any case, he never really expected to find anything, as the astronomer he was, he knew that human uses a smaller unit of time than the universe. He just wanted to start a real search, because if we don't look, we could never found.

Also the senteces its redundant, if there was evidence, why would someone spent time and energy searching for something he already has?. If you search for something, its because you don't have it.

@kuvceebxab1 do you now that carl sagan was one of the one of those few that leaded big science projects to find REAL evidence of ET, you now...SETI, the gold disc, etc.

He truly wanted to find a way to get real evidence of other planets life, but he couldn't, couse there's none so far. So get a science book and learn how stupid it is to believe someone could travel light year in a flying saucer of 2 mts just for making some piramids with no tech at all, just stone and a tumb, and then go back.
