  • NRT is a HOAX! 90% of ALL long term quitters quit cold turkey! NRT just keeps you addicted. The nicotine pushers REFUSE to do studies comparing thier products to cold turkey long term because they are worthless!

  • F off pusher, Dr 'Fink.'

Just do cold turkey to free yourself from the habit.

Don't bother with this nicotine dosage stuff.

  • This is such bull. I used these crappy techniques and I have only had success using an electronic cig Mr. Illuminatii. What bull@ smokers intentionally. Peace!

  • IM A NOW FORMER SMOKER

  • @maradeltos wtf you measure your deck who does that lol

  • @AtomicFrog1 very true nicotines only negative effect is it constricts the blood flow

  • The idea for Nicotine replacement medication such as - GUM, PATCHES, and INHALERS is to get the smoker hooked on Nicotine without having to smoke cigarettes. Yes! a smoker may still be hooked on Nicotine after using Nicotine replacement products, but the smoker wont be ingesting 4 thousand poisonous chemicals they get from a cigarette. As Nicotine is not life threatening, Its safer using Nicotine replacements rather than smoking cigarettes. Better still is to quit Nicotine altogether if you can.

  • @maradeltos OMG thats probably the best reason to quit....someone provide some research data...

  • try SNUS im just say'n

  • Okey this is my tips (Did work for me!) 1. the last ciggarettes you have, break all of them and drop the tobaco in the sink. 2. fill the sink with water. 3. stay inside, take a bath and allways stay active and do stuff (Sleep on night ofcourse) for three days and you have a change. Good luck!
