【材料】:蝦仁300克、蘋果1個、油條1根、鮮香菇2朵、芹菜1支、生菜1顆、紅椒50克、黃椒50克、白芝麻少許、蛋白1個、玉米粉1大匙、糖1小匙、雞粉1小匙、胡­椒粉少許
【做法】:
1、蘋果去皮、去籽切小丁,放入冷水中浸泡,再放入一匙糖,防止氧化。
2、生菜葉剪圓形泡入冰水中,備用。
3、油條切丁,入油鍋炸至金黃備用,放入盤中打底。
4、蝦仁切丁後加入蛋白、玉米粉醃2分鐘。
5、放入180度C鍋中,再慢慢加入少許油將蝦仁炒熟盛盤。
6、鍋中留少許油,加入芹菜末、紅黃椒丁、香菇丁炒香;
7、加入蝦仁、蘋果丁拌炒均勻;
8、放入雞粉、胡椒粉即可盛盤。
9、最後灑上白芝麻,食用時用生菜葉包起即可。
