This man was so endearing. Very sad he died about 20 years too early. We have to rely on Dawkins to beat these wicked religious people into submission now, "god" help us. Hahhahahahahaa.

This well may be because of "job security" reasons - which is fair...
I doubt because he thinks there is a true religion. Otherwise he may had identified which one of the many religions he would preserve.

You can even watch on You Tube in the 4 Horsemen video. It's not nearly as dramatic as this video makes it seem.
Dawkins didn't quite understand that for Hitchens it's not just the activity of argument that he would miss - it's the fact that he values the dialectic itself, the notion that progress only comes from a clash of ideas.

What a good-hearted person, that Hitchens, really. Such a thug, but on the other hand so warm. As a Christian I've already missed him so many times. I've just read his God Is Not Great and will look into his Hitch-22 memoir.
