hey man nice video,i have ordered yoshimura trc carbon slip-on for my r6 2010 coming on the way..i was wondering if i needed to buy a power commander & airfilter too?and what these two does to your bike..thank you hoping your reply soon..

You don’t need a Power Commander if you just add a slip on. However, I recommend you replace the entire exhaust system, it makes a big difference with the PC and a K&N air filter. Bike must be dyno tune if you make these changes.

I just bought a 2008 r6s that has a new exhaust and I'm wonering if it is a full exhaust or not. I was wonering if you could tell me how I could find out if it does have a full exhaust. Like things that I should be able to find if it was just a slip on.

everyone needs to remember that when you buy a full exhaust system and tune you A/F ratio with a PC that it only gets you in the ballpark. if you want top performance you need to hit up a dyno :) tech tip of the day lol

Great job man! I have the same bike. I have a GYTR (slip on) exhaust, do you recommend I add the power commander V? Or do I only need to add it if I have the GYTR header? Thanks.
