So all the "good" zones are clearly shots of downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Where are the "bad" zones shot? Also near Madison?

A couple in Madison (car dealership on "beltline," grocery store on Verona Road), a couple in South Bend, IN (wide one-way street downtown).
