The Dynamic warm up inspired by the Yoga Sun Salutation, which is ideal to do before any training session.

The Athletic Yoga Cross Training routine is a great compliment your strength and conditioning. It includes Warrior strength and endurance building poses with intervals of explosive plyometrics to strengthen your feet and ankles and increase power and agility. The balance and breathing exercises will help you learn to stay calm, focused and centered in challenging moments.

Finally, the post training recovery is a short stretch and relax sequence that can be done after your workout or any time your mind and body need to recover.
