This was the first competition of the series, which took place on Jan 17th 2009.
The weather conditions were amazing, and the tide was perfect on the day allowing insane maneuvers to be showcased by competitors.
Major prizes were drawn to the finalists with product from Trigger Brothers and Nemo Skimboards. Other giveaways such as a Nemo Skimboard, T shirts and stickers were also handed out.
