I usually do not post a video right after a other. But the twins slept over at my house on April 18th, their last weekend before their cruise (witch they did not invite me =( lol) So I decided to get some training footage. Song: High Road - Fort Minor

Give me some feedback!

  • needs a lot of improvement but good quality

  • How can we improve if you just say needs a lot of improvement...

  • Your flips look as though you are just leaning forward and rotating. You need to jump with your shoulders. Also, it looked as though you were jumping off both feet when doing kongs, try split legged for more power.

  • Ty, we do now split foot. You can get so much more distance with split foot!!! My solo will be coming out in the next month so look out for that.

    peace

    today aka sunday...

    have fun if you come

  • wasnt that bad i need some partners i live downtown vancouver too, allways out solo traing. but not bad better then i do. i miss toronto parkouring.

  • 1:08 was pretty dope.

  • instead of doing parkour u should buy a tank

  • It is true that your front flips are not very good. You are trying to start the flip before you even get off the ground. Put some power into it, jump UP, and only once you are at the height of your jump really tuck in.

  • yo george haha small world

  • you pratice, but didn´t train.

sry but training are condition and same moves in a row and train to get better in some moves by analyse.

You only jumping around without resumee about your technique.
