I still iliked 4, but it was the weakest, and it was a little boring..great review man!

I've not seen this one...but when I saw the trailer, with the "Grandmother" from the first one, I was hoping to understand what her role in all of this was.

I must admit, I used to be like you: I thought 2 was the best in the series. However I recently acquired Phantasm 1, 2 & 3...and of those, I must admit that I've since had a change of heart, and think the first one was the best of the bunch.

I even kinda like 3 a bit better than 2!

2 and 3 were really the horror films in the series, 1 and 4 were sci fi

I thought Phantasm 4 was the weakest. It was pretty good and a lot of fun.
