@jrobe353 is you don't eat as much then you will lose enough weight until you can workout.

@xaviermockingbird dang limited msg, just to add to my other reply. I've had personal exp w/ my friend. He used to weigh over 250lbs. He did running every day for an hr and eating more healthy for 3 mths. In that time he had dropped no more than 10lbs. We suggested he switch to speed walking monitoring your heart rate, within a month he dropped 45lbs.
I also mentioned working major muscle groups, this is important as it forces major muscle groups to consume energy as it rebuilds

@xaviermockingbird Hey, sorry I forgot to reply lol. I don't mean regular walking in any way. I mean speed walking. If you've ever noticed on a treadmill, there are two things that happen when you are running and its checking your heart rate. If you are outright running your heart rate becomes very high and yes it seems like you are burning a lot of calories but in essence what you are doing is not cardio if your heart rate is high. Speed walking gives you high heart rate but not too high.
