Nope, if you hate Mexicans you hate people with a specific citizenship. It's like when people hate Americans, or the French. It's pretty ignorant of you to think that all Mexicans are latino/hispanic.
You also didn't seem to have a problem discriminating in your image depicting Mitt Romney, where the only things that you indicated about him were the fact that he is LDS and white (or, as you put it, with that vanilla flavor).
Well drawn though, I have to give you that.
