I scanned it with Kaspersky, nothing found. Its just shitware, and an asshole about you registering it, more of a scam than a rouge.

your kaspersky doesn't have to detect it for it to have to be rogue, rogue anti-virus is defined by an fake anti-virus program that will display fake viruses in an attempt to steal your money, so yes this is rogue and since you define rogue as "somfin ma kaspersy casn detec!!!!11one1!" I'm guessing you don't know very much about malware so learn before you talk.

Rouge programs also has a malicious inpact retard, it has to drop trojans like fakealert, downloaders, backdoors and they will sometimes add worms and rootkits. On this video its not spamming for you to register it. Thus its not a rouge.. learn more about rouges next time you post a video please.

First of all, it is a Fakealert retard, it doesn't download those because it wants to get your personal information
You are obviously thinking of a Trojan Dropper which does what you describe a rogue to do.
