This is a workout that I did with Lee Hayward while we were on vacation in Las Vegas. We did a fast and intense Metabolic Conditioning bodyweight circuit workout routine. This is an awesome way to get a killer muscle building and conditioning workout with a simple 20 minute circuit. We did a full body circuit of pull ups, dips, box jumps / step ups, and leg raises.

Hi, i'm 5'8 about 145 I was just wondering if anyone know a video that can show me a routine that can help me gain strength, i notice alot of guys around my height and weight feel stronger than me and they don't even workout, i can feel there power when we play a sport, i been working out for about 15 weeks almost every weekday except weekends all i got is dumbells, my arms are getting bigger but i don't feel stronger, i'm on a regular diet as i always ate, and taking no supplements help please
These guys are both professional body builders. Most professionals dont look cut up unless they are preparing for a competition, kind of like competetive wrestling. So they get bulk in between tournaments and then they get cut for competetitions. for the record I have been following both of these guys for 3 months and the results have been great. Give it a try.
