The AKG Micro Mic Series

AKG's Micro Mic series are built as a replacement series for older AKG products, but with new hardware and new configurations. That new hardware includes a special attachment to help with miking drums; another model has a clamp for varying drumkit rim sizes.

The Micro Mic series also has an adapter plate made to accomodate the bottom of AKG 40 and 400 series wireless mics so you can connect the mic right to the transmitter. This is good for drums, horns, and wind instruments where you need to affix the mic and transmitter to a stand.
