in part 3 dana says UFC is opening a string of gyms which will compete head to head with the established gyms.

I like Dana White as a businessman and a person but the fact of the matter is until Fedor loses or retires, noone but him can be called the P4P King. It doesn't matter that the heavyweight division has been lackluster recently, Fedor has beaten all time greats and former UFC champions, end of discussion is right.
