@Empireearthmovies For something to be 'fried', adding heat would be implied. This method does not. It merely is a plate in which the mixture is cooled by liquid nitrogen. Any person who has taken a high school chemistry class knows this.

@Empireearthmovies and you don't know what frying means ok?

Actually it won't melt away if you use a batter, that's the whole point, when people say 'fried ice cream' ofcourse they don't just drop the ice cream in hot oil, you have to use a batter and it preserves the ice cream inside. Look it up :)

@monypril its not being fried. but its called fried ice cream in the phil because it looks like it's being fried. like for example, melon pan from japan. it doesnt have melon in it. so dont judge by the name people!!! Lol

@Empireearthmovies It is not being fried, it is being freezed and then rolled. If it would be fried on a pan like that then it would just melt away. Deep frying and frying are 2 different things, go to school before you even try to comment, ok?
yea sorry to disappoint u guys, but this isnt FRIED ice cream, that pot there is a freezer, it freezes the ice cream and makes a paper layer and make them able to roll them up
