@5150RDH the new ones play so sweet. i love the ss frets but the old one blows it away tonewise.  I got rid of the fender, ill never get rid of the peavey. :) if eddie ever puts out new music for all his fans i MIGHT pick up the fender again later (but i doubt it haha)

Being a Peavey owner, your assessment's good to hear...lol. Yeah, I hear ya about Eddie. He'll probably release The Best of Van Halen vol. 2 with two new tracks just in time to promote the "new" fender made evh wolfgang special & 5150iv line of amps...lol.

The only thing I don't care for too much is the wig. I dunno, when I was a kid and this came out, I had the pipe dream of playing this song, so I've always had an image of what it should look like. The wig just kinda kills the overall vibe, that's all. Petty and whinney, I know. I will STFU about it. But the skill of both of you are just amazing. And your gear is badass. Lotta hours spent in the ol' basement practicing, for sure. 80's metal will always be the best to me!
