  • Hi! Im Kaysi. Im kind of young (almost 11) and i wanted to get a more flexible back. Im working on my backbends but i always fall backwards and it hurts. this is a little confusing because im younger. so could you message me or post a video on some tips how to get my back more flexible? i dont take yoga but i am a gymnast. Thanx! xoxo~ Kaysi
