Join Lincoln Electric's Erin Justice for a demonstration of the revolution in welding training, the VRTEX™ 360. Launching at the AWS/FabTech Show in Chicago, the VRTEX™ 360 is an amazing tool for instructors and students alike. Reduce material waste, improve the image of welding, attract new welders, and learn welding faster with the VRTEX™ 360.

  • This is a very well done demonstration! I met Erin at the UA Instructor Training Program back a few years ago when this system was just a laptop version! Now with the realistic machine interface, it is even better. IS there a demo of the SMAW mode?

  • @Rattletrap2 Hello and thank you for the message. We have a number of 'Under the Helmet' videos on the channel that show SMAW. I can also send you a CD if you like? We will also be attending a number of the UA events this year with the machine.

  • Well done. I am looking forward to seeing the demonstration and updates at the conference WELDING TRAINER in Germany in May, 19th.

  • @BZRheinRuhr I hope you were able to see the VRTEX 360 at the conference and would love to hear your feedback!

  • Es realmente Asombroso!!!

  • Now this is scary shit...but I do see their point about cutting overall costs of making up coupons that will only be thrown away in the end. The only question left is if the student on the VRTEX 360 can perform equally well with the real deal.

  • Erin,

This is a very well done video that you and your colleagues created.

The machine was just demonstrated to my students at Red Mt. High, Mesa, AZ last week.

    It was awesome. Thanks.
