@Brandon1015 Firstly, people in her situation are not capable of handling themselves of their own. She doesn't have conciousness. She acts illegally wihtout caring about the concequences and trying to defend herself rather than recognizing her mistakes and get better shows the hopelessness that she is living upon. When it comes to the law, people don't end up in court for fun. The judge couldn't have been clearer when he explained her that she needs to help herself.

@123Jenny90 I agree completely. But the law system isn't going to listen to anyone like us ordinary citizens. And because she is a celebrity she does get VIP. And it sucks that that's how it is around US, but it's true . I mean look how many times she's been in court or jail over all kinds of things, but still she doesn't get the proper treatment.

When Lindsay was out and taking cocaine, her mother was sitting at a cafe saying "She has to live life, I'm not gonna forbid her being with her friends and having fun".
