  • I just did 2 single brace, but just cut notches instead of a staples for the tension wire. Used 2 cheap tension turnbuckles from home depot, wrapped the wire and turned tight. Hung a 12'X6' chain link gate on one and a smaller walk through gate on the other, chained and locked them together. I only went 2 1/2 feet deep in my stony desert soil using half bag of concrete on each post, sand and rocks added to concrete, then dirt/sand and stones to fill after con dry. Really seems strong.
