For women, these are troubling times. Politicians like Republican Tony Strickland are fighting to roll back 40 years of progress.

Strickland opposed the Violence Against Women Act and voted against requiring insurance companies to cover contraception.

Thankfully, we have Democrat Julia Brownley, a leader in domestic violence prevention.
