The industry is still trying to imply that HFCS is no different than sugar but the facts are the facts.
http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Metabolic danger of high-fructose corn syrup.-a0191015279 HFCS is bad for us and it's bad for the environment. Let's work towards finding a constructive alternative rather than continue to justify something we know is less than desirable.

  • Great information: Children should not be overweght. Unfortunately, too many chips, soda, regular milk, butter, ice cream. If parents cannot afford various organic products, go for at least the milk, eggs, and some whole fruits. The additives or hormones in milk are getting these kids overboard with their weight. The soup I gave my children as early as 4-5 months, was a puree of veggies (from scratch). Love your children by cooking right. :) NICE VIDEO

  • One thing people don't talk about enough is whole fruit. Be very judicious about how much you eat and what kind. Dried fruit is like candy. It's still fructose and you can OD despite the fact that it has more fiber and contains minerals and vitamins.

  • You're right on track, preach it

  • Thanks for the voice on this. Nice to see some evidence, not like the emotional commercial for it.
