Rockstar energy drink has normal ingredients such as ginko, taurine, and caffine, nothing really bad, I never had any crashes with rockstar

Hey if it works for you then great! But Rockstar contains high amounts of Taurnine which is fine in reasonable quantity twice as much as some others I've seen. The effect is almost the same as adding more Caffiene
Rockstar also uses artficial flavours which they do not actually disclose which is worrying!
