Often the only reason why people perform abdominal exercises is to get those sexy washboard abs. Thats great, but this video will go over other reasons why its important to have a strong core/abdominal. It prevents injuries, such as lower back pain, it strengthens exercises such as dead lifts, squats and various other exercises, and it also allows you to become a better functional athlete. Its important to understand how the abdominal works, so we'll discuss basic anatomy. People often mistaken hip flexor workouts and lower ab workouts.

    Dont worry I eat chocolate all the time.... I mean in moderation. Its all good, chocolate is good in moderation. just dont get the highly processed chocolates or what I like to call "fake chocolate" lol

  • SP a reply would be nice haha i'm workin on headspins right now but need more core to help stabilize me not sure which workouts i should be doin :P the hanging leg lifts but i can only do 5 past 90 degrees, or should i do something else?

    they aren't fitting together, the right side abs are bigger than the lift side

    but there is 4 packs in the lift side -_-
