Regular guy KO'd by pro MMA fighter

"B" wanted to know what it would be like to fight a professional fighter. I put in a call to my buddy at American Top Team and they made it happen. Thanks to Ultimate Self Defense (BocaMMA.com), Mike "Bonesaw" Hyman and Charles "Chainsaw" McCarthy.

@bartenderzzz firstly,if you have no basic skills and are cliically obese ,you should not be sparring with contact and definitely not with an advanced practitioner.Also the guy went too hard on someone who had zero defense,after kicking him in the face he immediately kneed him ,dickhead move against someone not een fit for sparring.Id blame the supervisor here.

he was just a random guy having some fun and the other guy had to have some ego trip and take it too far. Even his friends knew it.

I think he's a tool for doing it, but if you watch both the head kick and the flying knee, he pulled them both. If he threw that kick properly he would have dropped him on his arse, same with that knee. And if that guy wasn't out of shape, he probably wouldn't have even gone down. Still taking liberties throwing flying knee's about like. He won't be laughing when he takes an arrow to the knee.

Alright the headkick was accidental. He ducked into it, the headkick also didn't hurt him. But the knee was a complete joke.

lol he did a flying knee? what an idiot..you should not be throwing knees at all no matter how much you know...last time i threw a knee and it was at the guy' s body i was at the hospital with him getting stitches in his forehead, everyone in the gym was just looking at me like you are a fuck nut and yes...yes i was a fuck nut for that, and we are both fighters that guy is not a fighter he is a big pillow.
