@DamienFilth Yup, foamers or whippers. I just bought one from the iSi company and it's fantastic for making foams for cocktails or whipped cream for deserts. I'm experimenting with foamed cocktails made *in* the bottle... so far so good!

@damienfilth - i believe they're called whip foamers or cooking foamers, Google either of these things and you should find some more info on them :) hope that helps
