Two adverts shown on UK television in 1991, when the recession was biting hard and proving once and for all that we should all vote Conservative again in the next election.
These are interesting (to me at least) because they're the only adverts I've ever seen which aren't aimed at the viewers, they're aimed at the companies themselves.
This is the second of two: with a Holst soundtrack and ridiculously doom-laden imagery and voiceover, apparently designed to give the impression that to stop advertising during a recession would threaten the lives of you, and of all your loved ones.
