California did not get the nickname "The Welfare State" for no reason. And I certainly don't recall the U.S. Constitution stating, "Free handouts, in exchange for nothing....for the rest of your life.

No mention of how the ILLEGAL ALIENS of this state sucking up over $13 BILLION per year!!! They need to be cut first!!!
Of course low-income people are hit the hardest, they are the ones who rely the most on the state!!!
