@Dewani90 If it's any consolation, in Japan many male characters are voiced by both women and girls. (Son Goku, Pikachu, and Yugi Motou, Artemis of Sailor Moon, and various others.) So, relax. You're not alone.

@Dewani90 Just checked out her biography at BellaOnline. Maddie was born on 10/9/1960. She was a transgender. That's why her voice was so low. And she died at the age of 48 (not 'very old' at all).

@SuperCartiel Maddie Blaustein was quite old, when she did the voices of those characters... so she could make them deep and useful for male characters

@rubino83 Actually, Rachael Ellis, Marty Blaustein and, perhaps, Eric Burns and Veronica Taylor, lent their voices to this game. (You can check the end credits of the English version to see if I'm right or wrong). All of these roles couldn't have been done by one person.

My guess is the vocal casts of Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! contributed their talents to this game.
