This is a collaboration of photos and video of our first show together, and my first reining show ever - 5.9.10.
We made many mistakes, and I was really hard on myself after our pattern, but it felt a lot worse than it looked; as was always the case in Dressage ;)
No rude comments will be tolerated about my horse and I - we are still getting to know each other and learning!

You did REALLY REALLY good being this your first show. I show in reining and its not easy. You really have to be 1 on 1 with your horse. You did amazing. And hes a beautiful horse.

@rs1062 He's mine too :) My mother was the one who found him online for sale. Her words to me were "I found your dream horse!!"

Good for you! I remember when that horse was a 3YO. He is still very pretty.

@mcmetc Thank you :) He's a far cry from his performances as a 3 y/o, but I have to bring him down to my level for now, and he's not happy about it!
