Alexander Wang is a super talented designer!
Wasson does not have to look like a glamour goddess all the time with shit loads of war paint just because she was a model/involved with teh Fashion industry...

OMG just because somebody is smoking a cigarette does not mean that they are on hardcore drugs. I agree she looks quite exhausted here but bare in mind this was filmed AFTER her runway show, which she has probably been preparing for months and months. People always want to jump to conclusions and shit stir.
