The purpose of this video is to show how many of the important tasks are accomplished at the initial collaborative meeting. How does the Team of professionals, the attorneys and neutral coach, set a collaborative tone and accomplish these tasks with the clients, Rachel and Dan?
This 30 minute video, of a normally two hour meeting, demonstrates how the professionals carefully address with the clients, all of the issues on the Agenda: clarifying roles, identifying goals, generating guidelines for effective communication and addressing the legal issues to be covered.
