  • @RCMPxGRC i saw that vid he never touched the vault and used the rails on the stairs thats not allowed a new formal record was set in the session today 2:40 (official)

  • In the PARE you have to go down on your stomach or back before you can run again. Also you do not push or pull against a human there is a static machine that you have to raise a weight and do 6 semi circles these would be of little help but granted they would help clear the vault. The 15meter carry is with a bag and should be practiced as such.

  • my 2 cents (haters go hate somewhere else):

    0:37 shouldn't hump all around the place like he does. It's way better to walk laterally and steadily from a side to another. Other than that it's more energy consuming to jump like he does.

    1:09 would be closer to the test if he held a duffle bag with 80 pounds of weight in it by grabbing the fabric on the sides; the plate is too easy to hold.

    finally: do a lot of controlled falls to the ground (front and back). AVOID to throw yourself on the floor.

  • don't see anything about beating people up, using the tazer on people who offer no resistance nor how to shoot a gun at unarmed citizens.(and of course never be held accountable) Guess thats' taught in the station.

    Little wonder the public has such a low respect for these people.

    Someone once said....'overpaid thugs in uniform'.

    Pretty accurate.

  • Hey guys good effort in trying to give tips. A few things that need to be covered.

    1- Make sure arms are bent at ninety degrees (90) for pull;

    2- Train in a safe environment (ie no pushing/pulling in a gym with a partner)

  • @canadiantactical2011 some cadet did it in 2:17, I hope to beat it !

  • lol the pare is a piece of cake.. none of that stuff is required

  • i didnt train and still got a 3:22 min time ;)

  • Wow you can carry a 45 pound plate, impressive...

  • That last one's pretty funny and I'm in the video!!!
