I have an unsure question. How to you get the neon blocks, the paint shooter, the sound and all that crap from? I am guessing its from the metal gear solid pack or something but I'm not sure. Could someone tell me what it is?

You're right. It's the MGS pack. You should buy it IMO. It's by far the best add-on for the game. Well worth it.
