When he went for his 1st other guitar in the first seconds of the vid., it was because of the tuning. Then, he broke the on of the strings at 4:58

Ok, I looked at the video again. He started out with the wrong (tuned) guitar then at 4:58 his string broke - that's the string breaking remembered) at the show it was funny because the "we'll look back at this and it will all seem funny" followed!

I think it was wrong guitar AND the string broke. I distinctly remember the string breaking that night but listening to the opening bars, that guitar was tuned too flat for Rosie. Anyway, it's hysterical and one of those funny in concert moments that lets us truly know he IS the Boss! LOVE IT!
