Speed golf has no special rules. The same as disc golf.Just as fast as you can. I like to shake it up a bit by saying for every stroke under par subtract 5 sec. for every stroke over par add 5 sec. and keep track of your time.

At the Gran Canyon, speed golf was played just to hole number one which was at the top of the next hill. The first person to hole out was the winner. As you can see from the vidi, the hole tee'd from a cliff to a flat and then you had to throw up a steep hill.
The year before we had the pro's play hole 1 and then hole 27 back. Kenny Climo would have won this event, but he landed in the water pit that John Benefield dug up in front of the hole. What a blast to cheer them on!
