  • i was originally using SLA batteries and i had 4 x 12v equaling 48v and i just added a 6v SLA battery in series with it for a total of 54v. The controller has 63v capacitors in it so it is able to handle that kind of voltage safely even hott off the charge. But now as you can see in my later videos ive switched to lithium iron phosphate technology, and the packs are 48v nominal and are fully charged at about 58v hott of charge.

  • they are shown in 1 of my video. but i use a 48v 10ah LIFEPO4(lithium iron phosphate) and a 48v 10ah LIPO(lithium polymer)

  • I like 48 volts on the hubs. On flat I get near 50km/h.

  • Hi,

You said you brought the voltage to 54. Did you adjust the controller internally or did you get a 54volt battery?

  • What kind of batteries are you using?
