Just for the record, I think that screaming into a pillow can be very therapeutic/helpful. ;-) I'm someone who actually doesn't cry ENOUGH, so it's a great release sometimes. Anyway, I just felt compelled to share that little tid-bit about myself. =-p

No thats not true. Im 22 and i got my IUD about 6 months ago... i have no kids! It was a really fast procedure and im not gonna lie it did kinda hurt and i had cramps all day long but ive seriously never felt happier! I completely agree with Elle and i too was really depressed and cried alot but not anymore :D
