  • Actually the MTA in Minneapolis sold to the Lornez bus company they're was a MTA 300's series and the Lornez renumbered to 1500's series. The light ads board near the ceiling the bulbs on the top of ads board. Most MTA newer buses have light ads board bulbs on the bottom near the speakers. The first ADA was on MTA's old scania 1600's (Cummins engine, caught fires in electrical system and threw bus away) and gillig 1500's (engine very loudest).

  • @PwcrLinux Ah okay, thanks for the info. I've heard the Scanias had some problems.

  • Sounds like Orion V 643 of MTA bus Company ^^

  • @newyorkfan16 Nice! I hope 643 ran a little faster though LOL

Actually this one was doing a pretty good speed on the return trip, I think the driver was just killing some time on the way back (while I was filming) to maintain schedule.

  • I remember when these used to be painted black & white with a red transit sign when they were used for the MTC.

  • @JPa311979 I vaguely remember that livery myself. I wish I had been able to take or had desire to take photos of the buses back in 1996 when I moved here.
