Fuck transperancy, its about competant government that realistically does whats possible for the country. There will always be fight for position and money the thing to do is to maintain a large effort to move the country forward. You think at the top the US or UK is less corrupt? They're more corrupt without a doubt.

wow, smart move! - i hate when foreign media abuses translation to put some negative meaning where it wasn't intended at all, and change initial thought into something shockingly different, using those Cold War tricks to misinform their public. often they would translate from russian to english without consideration of language culture, making russians sound like retards from the woods. Way to go Invanov! can't give them a chance to pretend they don't get the message.
