Account Executive Job Description

We work with our clients to unlock the power of their web and liberate their brand to create relationships with their own customers that consistently run deeper, last longer and are more meaningful than those formed through traditional marketing tactics.

If youre interested in the creative betterment of brands, were interested in you; a liberated, goal-oriented individual with demonstrable success in B2B prospecting/closing and developing strategic client relationships.

Position Description
1.Identify and close new business opportunities
2.Retain and grow existing client base
3.Maintain profitability on all accounts/projects
4.Grow base account budget in terms of incremental dollars, gross profit and new business gains
5.Ensure client satisfaction and manage Quovizs reputation/relationship with client to maintain and grow account revenue
Specific Skills and Requirements
•Good working vehicle required.
•Ability and desire to prospect, network and develop leads into new business
•Apply key learnings, insights and industry/customer knowledge to further entrench Quoviz within client base
•Develop and cultivate solid relationships with clients built on trust and insightful knowledge
•Generate additional new business opportunities within accounts
•Present proactive concepts, insights and strategic ideas to client base
•Represent client's strategic interests, personality and insights on behalf of agency
•Provide positive energy and enthusiasm to agency/client relationship
•Ensure work presented to clients is strategic and on target creatively
•Excellent listening/questioning skills and ability to identify key needs of a client or prospect
•Excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to construct winning proposals based on key selling points for each client.
•Good people skills and ability to work with a wide variety of clients and internal staff. Comfortable working in a collaborative setting
•Strategic, innovative, critical and constructive thinker
•Professional, self motivated and goal oriented personality who works well in a creative, un-supervised and relaxed environment.


Experience and Education
•2+ years Business Development / Sales in Branding, Strategic Marketing, Consulting, PR, Advertising, Events.
•Proven ability to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
•Undergraduate Degree a plus.
