You guy's are awesome! Speaking of "fruits and vegetables"......you should check out 100% Pure cosmetics line. They are amazing.....and what they do with fruits and vegetables (organic, of course).....is FAR from boring!!

Normally, if we want to take take our skin.. we can do it in natural way to avoid damage.. About 80% sure that our skin will be more healthy.

I don't use anything except water. No soap, conditioner, shampoo, washcloths, skin brushing, etc. All a waste of money. All I use on my skin is oil mostly to shave. Skin will naturally exfoliate. No need for brushing the skin. That will just damage it and make it looks red.

Could you recommend a good natural shampoo and body care (body wash & lotion) product? I've been using Burts Bees shampoo, they are really not that good.
