just so you dumbasses know, the actual movie was based on real evidence that points to the future u see in the movie

originally when i saw this i thought the same, but i had to watch children of men for my media class and then we had to watch this part too (: the guy's lisp is first class though

This is a highly propagandized peice included with the DVD. Ayn Rand would get a kick out of this; it promulgates the socialist notion that Western people's should feel guilty for building their society, thus continue to allow in migrants at the expense of the environment, rather than hold their neighbors accountable for governing and building their society, unionizing, etc.. Migration destroys labor unionizing on both sides of the border, so it's counter productive to social ideals.

@AmericanPlatinum You make it sound as if each country operates in a complete vacuum, as if, for example, Mexicans coming to the states isn't the inevitable result of policies like NAFTA.
